The Grace Hopper Program is a 17-week immersive course. The experience starts with a 4-week, part-time portion, Foundations, which is completed remotely before coming to campus. That's followed by the full-time, 13-week immersive, held on-campus in New York City. While on campus, students learn through a mix of lectures, hands-on workshops, projects, pair-programming, and more.
Admiral Hopper once said, “A ship in port is safe, but that is not what ships are built for. Sail out to sea and do new things.” Now there's nothing between you and an exciting career in technology.
Three ideas that matter.
As an associated program of Fullstack Academy Grace Hopper utilizes the same world-class curriculum that's successfully trained hundreds of software engineers. The Grace Hopper Program has the same core curriculum, coaching practices, and proven teaching methods to help students achieve amazing results.
By using a deferred tuition model, our goal is to directly align the success of the program with the success of our students. Furthermore, this system allows us to include qualified candidates who may not have otherwise attended due to up-front costs. If you want to pursue a fulfilling career in tech, then we want to lower the barriers for entry.
Organizations—like Women Who Code, Girl Develop It, and more—have shown that mentorship and support are essential to a productive learning environment. Using the vast Fullstack Academy alumni network, we will continue this tradition by providing Grace Hopper students with personalized mentorship throughout their education and careers.
