Why Choose a Part-Time Coding Bootcamp for Women

Woman in orange smiling at her online class
Comprehensive learning outcomes.

The Grace Hopper Program part-time coding bootcamp is designed with the same curriculum concepts, web development projects, career support, and outcomes as our full-time programs.

Weekday evening classes.

Part-time coding bootcamp classes are held on weekday evenings only (Eastern time), so you can work, provide care, or tend to other life commitments during standard business hours.

Steady instructional pace.

While still rigorous and fast-paced, our part-time coding curriculum structure aims to provide a consistent workload week-over-week. Mentors are available at select times Monday through Saturday if you need additional support outside of class.

Bootcamp-work-life balance.

Our set weekly schedule, online help desk, and sophisticated Learning Management System combine to help you manage part-time coding bootcamp on top of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Community.

The Grace Hopper Program part-time coding bootcamp environment fosters a built-in community of peers with whom you can build lasting professional relationships—supporting and motivating each other to reach your full potential throughout bootcamp and beyond.

Accountability.

Regular attendance is a must for success in bootcamp learning, but can be particularly difficult to maintain for women and nonbinary coders (who often carry heavier domestic workloads than their male counterparts—according to Pew Research Center). Grace Hopper Program cohorts are made up of students with shared experiences, helping to keep you accountable in reaching your goals.
